2 lb. scallops
5 to 7 slices of wheat bread
3/4 stick of butter
Chives

Toast bread slightly; just enough to dry out. Put in blender to make crumbs. Melt 1/2 stick butter and 1/4 cup wine and tiny bits of chives. Mix together.Bake in a shallow baking dish at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
